LocalHoma was conceived out of a desire to build a niche, comprehensive, human edited directory for the state of Oklahoma. It was birthed as soon as we purchased the domain name and began to discuss ways to help business owners with not only a website review and directory listing but by building them a business profile page so that they could be listed in our directory even if they did not own a website. It eventually grew into the entire suite of services we offer today. We wanted and continue to want to help everyone, including small businesses who have low average ticket values. We want to help businesses who don’t have a web presence nor a website.
